Project Scope
Warner Lakes developed by Peet limited is a masterplanned development located around two man-made fresh water lakes. An abundance of landscaping and parkland have awarded this development the UDIA 2011 residential subdivision winner.
The Major scopes included:
- Clearing works
- Ground stabilisation works
- Bulk earthworks
- Coloured masonry retaining walls
- A-Grade sandstone retaining walls
- Roadworks and asphalt works
- Major stormwater culverts
- Sewer reticulation

DAC value delivered
Aesthetic appearance and a high level of workmanship was important to the client for this project. DAC were able to deliver a high quality product including complicated and intricate custom coloured masonry retaining walls up to 4m in height.
Due to the demand on this product by buyers, DAC was also able to complete multiple stages concurrently to ensure that our client was able to meet the market supply requirements.
Major road upgrade to Old North Rd and signalised TMR intersection upgrade to Brisbane rd.
